With 12 seniors on the Cambridge/Deerfield girls soccer team, a good amount of seniors capped their careers off on a high note.

Five seniors, out of a total six United players, were named to the Capitol Conference all-conference team.

Senior Zoey Rank was named to the all-conference first team as a midfielder. Rank scored a team-high three goals this season.

Senior Kaila Buehler also scored a team-high three goals, earning honorable mention as a forward. Buehler also spent time in net as a goalkeeper for United.

Senior Maya Pries earned second team all-conference as a defender. Pries scored against Lakeside Lutheran.

Senior Audrey Kessenich was voted to the all-conference team as an honorable mention in the midfield. Kessenich scored two goals and tallied three assists, including two against Columbus.

Senior Paige Fleming and sophomore Sylvia Boyd were both named to the all-conference team as honorable mentions.

Fleming, Boyd and Pries were a part of a backline that earned one shutout win and allowed 2.75 goals per game.
