N.C. Coaches Association announces coaches for 2025 all-star games
The N.C. Coaches Association has released the names of the coaches who will lead teams in the 2025 East-West All-Star Games and the Carolinas Classic. The Carolinas Classic, which features some of North Carolina's top senior boys & girls basketball players and their counterparts from South Carolina, will be played in March 2025, though an exact date has not been announced.

World Golf Hall of Fame
The World Golf Hall of Fame has returned to its original home in Pinehurst, NC. The facility opened just prior to the 2024 U.S. Open at the new Golf House Pinehurst campus adjacent to Pinehurst Country Club. The first floor of the building houses the USGA Experience which includes artifacts from the USGA Museum and Library. On the second floor is the WGHOF where visitors will find a new Hall of Fame locker room experience. Each locker representing all inductees maintains a collection of gear and artifacts that assists in telling that player’s story and rich history. Here, you will see Bob Jones’ Spalding 2-wood. NCHSAA sees athletic participation rise in 2023-24
The North Carolina High School Athletic Association saw a 4.73 percent increase in overall participation during the 2023-2024 school from the previous year.
