Stark County to spray for mosquitoes in Navarre & Perry, Plain, Lake and Canton townships

The Stark County Health Department will spray for mosquitoes next week according to the following schedule:

Tuesday: Navarre, Hills and Dales

Wednesday: Perry Township (north boundary of Lincoln Way E, south boundary of Route 30, east boundary of Perry Drive SW, west boundary of Massillon city limits);

Perry and Canton townships (north boundary of township limits, south boundary of Tuscarawas Street W, east boundary of Canton city limits, west boundary of Perry Drive NW)

Thursday: Canton Township (north boundary of Canton city limits, south boundary of Carnwise Street SW, east boundary of Central Avenue SE, west boundary of Dueber Avenue SW;

Plain Township (north boundary of Fulton Drive NW, south and east boundaries of Canton City limits, west boundary of Lakeside Avenue NW;

Lake Township (north boundary of State Street, south boundary of Mount Pleasant Street NW, east boundary of Stover Avenue NW, west boundary of county line)

Spraying will take place after 8 p.m. In case of rain, high winds, or cold temperatures, spraying will be postponed. People who suffer with respiratory ailments may vacate the area. Beekeepers should take the necessary precautions to protect their hives. Do not approach the vehicle.
