Norfolk Police identify 24-year-old victim in Ocean View shooting on Sunday
Norfolk Police detectives continue to investigate a shooting in Ocean View that left a man dead on Sunday. Norman A. Hollowell Jr., 24, of Norfolk, died at the scene. Police were called to a home in the 2100 block of Pretty Lake Avenue at 7:20 p.m. for the report of a gunshot victim. When officers arrived, they found Hollowell suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was later pronounced deceased at the scene, according to the NPD.
