Not Just Another Day at the Beach
HAMPTON, Va. (July 22, 2024) … Interim head coach Trent Boykin's Pirates wrapped up their off-season football training drills with a day at the beach. But it wasn't a day of fun and sun. The team met at Hampton's Buckroe Beach for its final workout under the direction of the Hampton coaching staff. The hour-plus long practice included sprints, distance running, agility and quickness drills. The team returns to campus on Wednesday, July 31.
