Vicky Bakery to expand to Cape Coral
Vicky Bakery, a Miami-based Cuban bakery chain, has plans for a third Southwest Florida location. Mike Rivera, of Saggio Realty’s commercial brokerage division in Naples, completed a $750,000 sale of a 1.25-acre mixed-use site at 602 Del Prado Blvd. N. The development will be the future location of a 3,000-square-foot Vicky Bakery, along with 3,600 square feet of inline retail space for lease, Rivera said. Lane Boy of Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Property Southwest Florida represented the seller. Originally opened in 1972 in Miami by Antonio and Gelasia’s Cao, Vicky Bakery has more than 25 locations in the state, including one recently opened in Ave Maria and another opening soon in Fort Myers.
