Vicky Bakery to expand to Cape Coral
Vicky Bakery, a Miami-based Cuban bakery chain, has plans for a third Southwest Florida location. Mike Rivera, of Saggio Realty’s commercial brokerage division in Naples, completed a $750,000 sale of a 1.25-acre mixed-use site at 602 Del Prado Blvd. N. The development will be the future location of a 3,000-square-foot Vicky Bakery, along with 3,600 square feet of inline retail space for lease, Rivera said.
