bellefontaine, OH - On Monday, May 13, 2024, at approximately 10:52 AM, police officers responded to a trespassing complaint in the 300 block of Washington Ave. The victim reported that his ex-girlfriend, Pam Alloway, had repeatedly visited his residence despite being asked to stay away multiple times.

As detailed in police reports to Capsule, the victim reported that Alloway had come to his house three to four times in the past week, entering his garage and attempting to open his front door. The victim, who had to physically prevent her from entering his home, described a long history with Alloway, who had returned to Sidney from Kentucky. He allowed her to stay with him through the winter, but she left when spring arrived.

Officers located Alloway at her apartment on Gunntown Rd and confirmed her visits to the victim’s residence. Alloway admitted to being at the victim's property both that day and a few days prior. At the time, she was issued a summons and warned not to return.

However, the following day, May 14, officers were called again to the same location. The victim reported that Alloway was at his front door. She left after being told to, and the victim provided a photo of her at the scene.

Officers arrested Alloway outside her apartment for criminal trespass. She was transported to Logan County Jail without further incident.
