Technology Solutions Firm in Kearny Mesa Acquires Carlsbad IT Company

ITCM, a Kearny Mesa technology solution provider, has announced the acquisition of Value Logic, Inc. in Carlsbad, an IT-managed service provider (MSP).

This is the fourth MSP that ITCM has acquired, and officials said in a news release that the latest deal is “poised to solidify the company as a trusted outsourced partner for network, cloud, infrastructure management, software development and security expertise.”

The acquisition of Value Logic expands the ITCM team’s experience and depth of knowledge, adding IQMS implementation and maintenance expertise.

Value Logic has for 25 years optimized IT infrastructures by providing services including voice/data support, data management, security and round-the-clock support.
