Dog run in Baltimore to be transformed into dog park, community green space
Liberty Park is one piece of Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott’s “Downtown RISE” initiative. The planned park would be located across the street from CFG Bank Arena. “Transforming the Liberty Dog Run into a park space suitable for our residents, visitors, and Downtown employees is a pivotal moment in downtown’s revitalization,” Shelonda Stokes, President of Downtown Partnership, said in a news release.
