City Of Audubon Changing Firework Ordinance Due To High Number Of Complaints

The new ordinance states that an individual must be a minimum of 100 feet away from a neighboring property before discharging a firework unless consent has been given by other community members living in the area. The council has also approved changing the dates and times of the year acceptable for fireworks use.
