Who are Bryson Muir’s parents, Daniel and Kristen?

Born on September 12, 1983, Daniel Muir is an American retired football player from Lanham, Maryland .

He played for the Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts .

He also played short stints with the St. Louis Rams , New York Jets , and the Kansas City Chiefs .

On April 25, 2009, Daniel married his high school sweetheart, Kristen Wright.

He played his last season with the Oakland Raiders and retired after the 2013-2014 NFL season.

They are parents to one son named Bryson .

Why were Daniel and Kristen Muir arrested?

On July 3, 2024, Daniel and Kristen Muir were arrested in connection to Bryson’s missing persons case.

Indiana State Police named both of Bryson’s parents as persons of interest in their investigation.

The former was charged with one count of obstruction of justice and one count of domestic battery.

Meanwhile, Kristen was charged with one count of obstruction of justice.

The warrants for their arrest were ordered after both parents missed their court dates and refused to further cooperate with police.

How long was Bryson missing?

For two weeks, Bryson remained missing.

On June 16, 2024, he was last seen leaving his grandmother’s house in Cleveland , Ohio .

That day, Bryson was picked up by Daniel, Kristen, and a reported third party.

While recalling the circumstances of Bryson’s disappearance, Cheryl Wright said she noticed injuries on her grandson’s face.

“His [Bryson’s] face was battered,” Cheryl told WXIN .

“When I got him he had a black eye and busted lip. His whole face was swollen.

“I can only imagine how many times he had been hit in the face for it to be like that.

“He was here for two days, Thursday evening to Sunday morning.

“His mom came to get him. I didn’t want to let him go.

“I tried to call the police because he had been abused. It hurts me that anyone could be beaten like that.

“It hurts me that my daughter would allow anyone to do that to her child.”

Nearly a month later, on July 3, Bryson was safely found at a compound in Logansport, Indiana.

The compound is owned by the Servant Leader’s Foundation.
