MOAB — Three people were killed in a head-on collision Sunday afternoon outside of Moab. A Chevrolet Suburban was heading south on state Route 191, 25 miles north of Moab, when it entered a northbound lane about 12:15 p.m.. The Chevrolet struck a motor home pulling a GMC Canyon head on, Utah Highway Patrol said.
Two people found dead after getting lost, running out of water near Moab
MOAB, Utah (KUTV) — A father and daughter were found dead after getting lost and running out of water at Canyonlands National Park. The 23-year-old woman and her 52-year-old father, both from Green Bay, Wisconsin, were hiking on the Syncline Train when they got lost and ran out of water, San Juan County officials said. The air temperature at the time was more than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
