State may seek the death penalty for Brown-Graves
The man accused of the 2023 murder of Kaitlyn Wise could end up facing the death penalty. Dailin Marquez Brown-Graves appeared in Marion Circuit Court Division 1 on June 20 where he had his pretrial conference passed to July 11 at 9:00 a.m. due to the Commonwealth deciding whether to file a death penalty election and due to a conflict in counsel being obtained for Brown-Graves, his jury trial will remain set for Nov. 25 at 8:30 a.m. for now.
