RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — Special Deputy Attorney General Torrey Dixon is on administrative leave after his weekend arrest in Raleigh on public indecency and intoxication charges.

According to sources, Dixon was scheduled to participate in the Men Wear Pink Fashion Show at Crabtree Valley Mall for the American Cancer Society. Organizers say they blocked him from entering because he appeared intoxicated.

Dixon’s next court appearance is Sept. 24.
