CHICAGO (CBS)-- Memorial Day will be mostly pleasant until storms arrive late in the day.

Highs will be in the 70s with mostly cloudy skies on Monday.

According to the National Weather Service, strong winds are the biggest storm threat. There is no risk of tornados or hail with these storms.

The second day of the Sueños Music Festival in Grant Park was delayed for hours on Sunday due to severe weather , and that was not the only disappointment for festivalgoers, who ended up evacuating from the park before the night ended.

Lightning was blamed for a fire at a middle school in Joliet.

Lightning from storms Sunday afternoon damaged a building in Chicago's Tri-Taylor neighborhood.

A tornado warning was issued for Lake and McHenry counties on Sunday evening, but there were no reports of significant damage.
