The NFL season is almost here, so managers everywhere are starting to think about their 2024 Fantasy football draft prep. Injuries are always at the forefront of 2024 Fantasy football strategy because they can turn quality players into 2024 Fantasy football busts. Players coming off Fantasy football injuries can fly under the radar as 2024 Fantasy football sleepers, though, and Rams wide receiver Cooper Kupp could be a prime target this year. He underperformed while playing through an injury last year, but still managed to match Puka Nacua's targets when they were on the field together.

Nacua emerged as one of the Fantasy football breakouts and the Rams led the NFL in yards per play when their offense was fully healthy. Kupp is just two seasons removed from finishing with nearly 2,000 receiving yards, so should you add him to your 2024 Fantasy football lineups? Before crafting your 2024 Fantasy football draft strategy, be sure to check out the 2024 Fantasy football rankings and cheat sheets from the proven computer model at SportsLine .

Last year, the model accurately predicted that Jets running back Breece Hall would significantly outperform his sixth-round Fantasy football ADP in 10-team PPR leagues. The result: Hall rushed 223 times for 994 yards and five scores and was also a dynamic receiver out of the backfield, catching 76 passes for 591 yards and four more scores. He'd wind up finishing as the No. 2 running back in CBS Sports PPR leagues behind only Christian McCaffrey .

The same model has a proven track record providing Fantasy football tips, identifying A.J. Brown as a sleeper in 2020 and nailing Jonathan Taylor's monstrous season in 2021. Additionally, it's called past Fantasy football sleepers like Derrick Henry in 2019, Christian McCaffrey and Alvin Kamara in 2018, and Davante Adams in 2017. Anybody who banked on players like those made a run at their league title.

The model is powered by the same people who generated projections for all three major Fantasy sites, and it beat human experts last season when there was a big difference in ranking. The 2024 Fantasy football PPR rankings and 2024 Fantasy football standard rankings update multiple times daily, so you're always getting the best Fantasy football advice.

Now, SportsLine has simulated the entire NFL season 10,000 times and released its latest Fantasy football rankings 2024, along with plenty of sleepers, breakouts and busts. Head to SportsLine now to see them .

    Top 2024 Fantasy football sleepers

One of the 2024 Fantasy football sleepers the model is predicting: Patriots wide receiver Kendrick Bourne. The 28-year-old had his 2023-24 season cut short due to a torn ACL in Week 8, but he was the Fantasy WR28 prior to the injury. Bourne led the Patriots with a 19.4% target share and a 28% air yards share, earning a three-year contract in the offseason.

He has been rehabbing from the ACL injury throughout the spring, and he is sitting atop the depth chart heading into the season. The Patriots have a pair of quarterbacks battling for the starting job in Drake Maye and Jacoby Brissett, which should lead to better quarterback play this season. Bourne is being overlooked due to his shortened 2023 campaign, but the model has him ranked ahead of wide receivers like Rome Odunze and Rashid Shaheed.

Another sleeper that SportsLine's Fantasy football rankings 2024 have identified: Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert. The Miami back was fifth among running backs in Fantasy scoring last season and fourth on a points-per-game basis. Yet, he's going outside the top 20 in Fantasy football ADP at his position. Some may be scared off by the emergence of De'Von Achane in Miami last season, but the Dolphins proved capable of producing two quality Fantasy running backs in the same game.

Mostert scored double-digit Fantasy football points in PPR formats in seven of the eight games the two played in. Mostert out-snapped Achane in six of those eight regular-season contests and also did in the playoffs. The two complement each other's skillset, with Mostert providing a boost near the goal line. Achane was the No. 5 scoring running back on a points-per-game basis last season. However, Mostert going outside the top 20 running backs is a significant overreaction given how well Miami worked the two together last season.
