Trucker leaves trailer leaning against highway sign

Interstate 35 was partially closed on Tuesday after a truck driver smacked into a highway sign with his trailer raised.

The accident happened on August 27th in Ardmore, Oklahoma on I-35 at mile marker 31.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports that the driver did not know his trailer was raised until it struck the sign and was ripped off of the truck.

The incident closed the outside lane of I-35 as crews worked to clear the incident. No other information has been released.
