Humane Society Pets of the Week – Sunday, July 21, 2024

Polk Today provides this weekly feature promoting dogs and cats up for adoption at the Cedartown Polk County Humane Society . Please consider providing these pets a loving home or tell those who might be interested about their availability.

Lulu

Lulu is a one year old 43 lb Golden Retriever mix with medium long hair.  She is very sweet and special girl.  We believe she is house trained.

She walks well on a leash and basically has good manners.  With little training, she will learn commands.  Her ideal home will be with a somewhat active family and she will do very well with children, too.

As with all our dogs, Lulu has been tested for heartworms, vaccinated appropriate for age, spayed, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.

Bubblegum

Bubblegum is a 3 month old domestic shorthaired female kitten that weighs 2.5 lbs.  She is an adorable little girl that loves everyone.  She is playful and sweet and spends her time purring.

As with all of our cats and kittens, Bubblegum has been tested for FIV and Feline leukemia, vaccinated appropriate for age, spayed, and microchipped.  Microchip registration is included in the adoption fee.  All our pets are given flea and heartworm preventatives monthly.
