Bucks County Lake Listed as One of the Best Spots for Bass Fishing in Pennsylvania
A lake in Bucks County is being recognized as one of the best spots in the state for a long-beloved outdoor activity. Brian Whipkey wrote about the local lake for GoErie. Nockamixon Lake, located within Nockamixon State Park in Quakertown, was listed amongst several large reservoirs in Pennsylvania where bass fishing is plentiful. A popular destination for local residents and visitors to the area, the lake and its park are replete with opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

A Wawa gas station in Bucks County is accused of recently selling contaminated fuel and causing plenty of mechanical problems for customers and their cars.On Friday, Joan Lenahan's son complained about his car malfunctioning."My son came home Friday afternoon and was complaining, 'Something's wrong with the car,'" Lenahan recalled."What do you mean something's wrong with the car?" she said."It's bucking, something wrong," her son replied.After a few attempts, Lenahan's husband was able to get the 2016 Jeep started and drove it around their neighborhood. A highway construction inspector for PennDOT shared that a new sinkhole has appeared at the intersection of Ashbourne Road and New 2nd Street in Cheltenham Township.
