IMPD: ‘Person in crisis’ prompts response at downtown apartment
INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan police called in the SWAT team as a precaution Tuesday morning. According to IMPD, officers received a call around 4:30 a.m. for a “domestic disturbance” at an apartment in the 200 block of Michigan Street.
