New fire station will bring faster response times to rural parts of Chelsea
CHELSEA, Okla. — Faster response times will save lives in rural parts of Chelsea after a new fire station opened near Oologah Lake. Fire Station#2 has dropped response times to two minutes compared to the nearly 20 minutes it would take for firefighters to get from town out to the rural parts of the city.
