A woman accused of forcing her way into her estranged husband’s home in Centralia and assaulting both her husband and his new girlfriend on Wednesday is facing a felony burglary charge in Lewis County Superior Court.

Nabora Andraca Acevedo, 38, of Centralia, was charged Friday, July 5, with one count of residential burglary, domestic violence, which is a class B felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. She was also charged with two counts of fourth-degree assault, which is a gross misdemeanor punishable by up to 364 days in prison. One of the assault counts carries a domestic violence enhancement.

Andraca Acevedo and her husband allegedly got into a verbal argument on July 3 after she allegedly “pushed her way into the residence,” according to court documents. She then allegedly pushed her husband, forced her way into the bedroom and pushed her husband’s current girlfriend.

When questioned, Andraca Acevedo allegedly “admitted to going to the home, but denied forcing her way in or any physical contact,” according to court documents.

Andraca Acevedo was released on $10,000 unsecured bail on Friday, with Judge Joely Yeager issuing a no-contact order in favor of the victims. Explaining her bail decision, Yeager said, “the community safety risk is significantly reduced by the no-contact order.”

Arraignment is scheduled for Thursday, July 11.
