Levittown Man Batters Girlfriend, Slams Her Son with Chair, Cops Say
A Levittown man is behind bars at Bucks County Correctional Facility (BCCF) Monday as he is accused of beating his significant other and hitting her son with a chair late Saturday. The assault played out at Pennsbury Woods Apartments on the 9100 block of New Falls Road in Falls Township.
Police Identify Victim of Fatal Single-Vehicle Crash on Schoolhouse Road
Franconia Township Police have released the identity of the teen killed in a single-vehicle crash on Schoolhouse Road earlier this week. Police were dispatched to the scene at 7:15 a.m. on June 26 for a report of a single-vehicle crash near the intersection of Halteman Road. Arriving officers found that a Ford sedan had left the roadway and crashed into a tree.
Teenage girl shot, injured after fight ends with gunfire in Montgomery County
A teenage girl was shot and injured after a fight broke out in Pottstown, Montgomery County.It happened at approximately 7:30 p.m. Tuesday on Myrtle Street in the Bright Hope Community.Officers say they responded to reports of a fight involving multiple teenage girls.According to police, shots were fired as a result of that dispute.When police arrived at the scene, officers found a 14-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to her chest.She was treated at the scene and transported to a local trauma center. Warrington Police Stop a Man Allegedly Trying to Break into the Front Door of a House
WARRINGTON TOWNSHIP, PA—Warrington police intervened when a 33-year-old Ambler man was allegedly trying to break in the front door of a house in broad daylight. Police said that on June 27, Steven Joseph Delpopolo was on Tabatha Drive when he tried to break into the front door and front windows of a house. A New Britain Township woman is accused of a dine-and-dash from a Skippack Township pizza restaurant, in an incident where her husband refused to pay the bill for her. Jennifer Anne Sames, 54, of the 200 block of Cornwall Drive, Chalfont, was charged last month by Pennsylvania State Police with misdemeanor theft of services by deception and disorderly conduct through unreasonable noise for the June 9 incident at Giuseppe’s Pizza, 3509 Skippack Pike, Cedars, police said.
