    Forage Kitchen announces new Sun Prairie location

    Madison-founded Forage Kitchen, a fast-casual eatery serving grain bowls, salads, soup and kombucha, announced plans to expand to Sun Prairie.

    A 1,800-square-foot location is set to open in mid-April at 2824 Prairie Lakes Drive, Sun Prairie.

    Forage Kitchen was founded in 2015 by two University of Wisconsin–Madison graduates, Henry Aschauer and Doug Hamaker. With the new storefront, the eatery now has eight locations (five in the Madison area).

    “Sun Prairie continues to grow, and we knew we would find the right location for us to expand eastward,” says Aschauer in a news release. “Folks here are looking for healthy, satisfying and delicious food that makes them feel good and we are excited to bring this convenient location to them.”
