PLANNING THE NE X T 24 HO URS: Quiet conditions continue with overnight lows expected to dip not as cold, only into the mid 50s Sunday night with clear to mostly clear conditions continuing into Monday. Highs on Monday will climb into the low to mid 80s.

EXTENDED FORECA ST : Thursday is expected to be the hottest day over the next 10, which is when daytime highs will flirt with the low 90s. After that, we continue to track our conditional rain chance which may arrive by next weekend. If a tropical system can organize and follow where the models want to take it, we may see rain chances begin as early as Saturday night into Sunday. Right now, models have this system falling apart south of Wisconsin which would bring minimal rain chances, some cloud cover and slightly cooler temperatures (though 80s are expected through the next 10 days).
