CFN 2024 Preseason ACC Offensive Player of the Year
Omarion Hampton, RB Jr. North Carolina: Miami QB Cam Ward could very easily be here, and watch out for Cal RB Jaydn Ott to be a weekly force. Going into the season, without Drake Maye to rely on the 6-0, 220-pound Hampton should be even more of a dominant factor after running for over 1,500 yards with 15 touchdowns averaging six yards per carry. He also caught 29 passes with a score.

Ashton Gillotte, DE Sr. Louisville: The ACC's leader in sacks last year should be every bit as good for another great Cardinal defense. The conference is loaded with great playmakers who should roll into the backfield, but the 6-3, 270-pound Gillette should be the best of the bunch coming off a 45-tackle season with 11 sacks and 14.5 tackles for loss.
