Luke Barkell, a 13-year-old with autism, is missing from Allegheny County, PA. He has a thin build, brown hair parted to the side, and dark blue eyes. Luke was last seen wearing a blue and red flannel button-up shirt and khaki pants. He left his home on Toura Drive around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, 2024.
