House fire reported in Edgewood, 1 rescued
EDGEWOOD, MD—Crews responded to a house fire in the Edgewood area on Tuesday morning. The fire was reported at around 8:30 a.m. on July 16 in the 300-block of Canoe Lane. A car struck the Davis Library on Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda on Tuesday afternoon, hitting the building’s gas meter and causing a gas leak, according to authorities.
