Police: Man shot and killed near Westside Shopping Center Tuesday evening
A 20-year-old man was shot and killed Tuesday evening at the 2400 block of Frederick Avenue, according to Baltimore City police. Officers received a call around 5:41 p.m. for reports of a shooting at the Westside Shopping Center. Police found the man suffering from numerous life-threatening gunshot wounds.
