Most activity has come from Millennials, America’s biggest generation, who drove sales of starter homes in towns with great school districts, while retiring Boomers wanted to downsize their big family homes and stay local.

Wayland Weston Rowing Says “So Long” to 9-Year Director Mike Baker
Like many of the rowers he has coached over the last 9 years, Wayland Weston Rowing Association’s Program Director Mike Baker is going to college. An email sent yesterday to friends of WWRA said that in late August Mike will be leaving WWRA to take on the role of Boatman at MIT Crew. In case you are not a rower, the Owl assures you that Boatman is a critical role on any crew team, overseeing boathouse operations for all of college’s rowing teams. Karen Read Homicide Trial Update: A Motion Hearing, a Juror in Fear, Charges of Targeted Vandalism, and of Course a Netflix Doc on the Way
I know the look. I've seen it before and I see it now with alarming frequency as time passes and the problem only gets worse. The pale skin. Dry mouth. Hollow, glassy eyes doing a middle distance stare that looks right through you, sizing you up. Interested in nothing about you other than evaluating whether or not you can hook them up. "Are you holding?" they might say. Curiously both angry and yet somehow indifferent toward you when you tell them "I got nothing for you."
