Nichols, NY – Duly Resolved (Tyler Miller) went gate-to-wire to capture the $16,000 Open Handicap Trot at Tioga Downs on Saturday (July 13). Duly Resolved ($4.50) pushed the gate open and went right to the front and led to the quarter in :28. He went :29.2 in the second quarter to be first to the half in :57.2.
