Cicero, N.Y. — A restaurant that combined a quirky diner, a classic sports pub, a pizzeria and one of Upstate New York’s best-known wing brands has closed permanently. The Cicero Eatery at 7785 Frontage Road closed Sunday, said Robb Bidwell, who owns the business with partner Doug Balle. It opened in 2021 as a second location for Armory Square’s Modern Malt diner, then transitioned to the Cicero Eatery in March 2023.

Rare Fungus That Kills Tens of thousand Of Trees Now In New York
A fungus that was first found in Wisconsin is now threatening trees in New York State. The New York State DEC wants New Yorkers to check on oak trees. "Be on the lookout for oak wilt throughout NYS! A Syracuse University alumna, she is currently pursuing a master’s degree in public health at Eastern Washington University.
