More pedestrians were injured and killed in car crashes over the weekend, just days after the a slew of traffic incidents took place on Wednesday across the city. Two people, including a 22-month-old, were killed and another person is in critical condition after being struck by vehicles as pedestrians on Saturday and Sunday. This follows Wednesday's traffic violence, when a cyclist riding in the bike lane and a pedestrian were killed just minutes apart in separate crashes and another person critically injured in a hit-and-run incident in Germantown.
