Jagger's time in Port Charles may be over

Virginia soap fans, there is news about a character we love to hate. Soap Opera News reported in February that Adam J. Harrington was on contract as Jagger Cates on General Hospital, which used to indicate that an actor would be around for at least a year. Today, soaps offer six-month contracts, and it appears that Harrington's will not be renewed.

Celeb Dirty Landry suggests that Jagger will soon be leaving Port Charles but doesn't say whether it will be on his terms, if he is forced, or leaves in a body bag. Jagger has gotten on the last nerve of Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and tried to keep Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) in jail.

He blackmailed Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), keeping him away from his family for two years, and he is determined to take down Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Cates has made enemies of everyone in town except Ava Jerome (Maura West), so there will be quite a few suspects if he dies.
