CHESAPEAKE, Va. — A police chase in Chesapeake ended with a woman getting taken into custody on Tuesday, police said. Fuel tanker catches fire in Virginia Beach
VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — No one was hurt after a fuel tanker caught fire and leaked fuel in Virginia Beach on Monday. The Virginia Beach Fire Department said it happened in the 3500 block of Cellar Door Way, near Dam Neck Road. A fuel tanker truck caught fire, and its fuel tank ruptured in the process. Hazmat crews were able to stop the leak, and the remaining diesel and gasoline were safely transferred to other trucks that were standing by.
