Four arrested in Albany for illegal possession of firearms, some stolen
ALBANY, N.Y. (WRGB) — The City of Albany has witnessed 4 illegal gun arrests over the past four days. Four Albany men face felony firearm possession charges. On Tuesday, July 2, 2024, the sheriff arrested 57-year-old James A. Cooke in the area of Robin St. and Orange St. for illegally possessing a loaded Ruger .40 caliber semi-automatic firearm which had also been reported stolen out of Charlotte, N.C.
