CHESTERTOWN POLICEJun. 6 Pfc E. Nunez responded to the 200 block of Scheeler Road and served a District Court Bench Warrant on William David Reaver, age 34, of Chestertown. Reaver was charged with failure to appear in court on June 5 for Must Appear Traffic Citations. Reaver was released on his own recognizance. Court date was pending at the time of this report.

Jun. 8 Ofc R. Thompson served a Kent County District Court Bench Warrant on Fabio V. Waltzer, age 33, of Dover, DE. Waltzer was charged with failure to appear on traffic charges from December 2020. Court date was pending at the time of this report.

Jun. 8 Pfc B. McGinnis served a District Court Criminal Summons on Stephanie Larea Harvin, age 51, of Chestertown. Harvin was charged with assault 2nd degree. The assault occurred on May 12 in the 700 block of Washington Avenue. Court date was pending at the time of this report.

Jun. 9 Pfc B. McGinnis and Ofc R. Thompson responded to the 100 block of Flatland Road for a report of a malicious destruction of property and assault.

Jun. 11 Pfc E. Nunez and Pfc M. Srinivasan responded to the 400 block of Morgnec Road for a report of an assault in progress. The suspect was known to the victim. The victim refused to press charges. Case closed.

Jun. 12 Ofc R. Thompson took a report for a shoplifting that occurred in the 700 block of Washington Avenue. Investigation was active at the time of this report.

Jun. 12 Pfc B. McGinnis responded to the 100 block of Morgnec Road for a report of a past assault. The victim knew the offender and decided not to pursue charges. Case closed.

Jun. 13 Cpl C. Schwink served a District Court Criminal Summons on Keeshira D. Wilson, age 32, of Chestertown. Wilson was charged with malicious destruction of property greater than $1,000.

Jun. 13 Cpl C. Schwink took a report for a theft from a building in the 100 block of Pine Street.

Jun. 14 Lt S. Linz served a District Court Criminal Summons on Kashira Brooks, age 40, of Centreville. Brooks was charged with assault 2nd degree. Court date was pending at the time of this report. Case closed.

Jun. 15 Pfc E. Nunez conducted a traffic stop in the area of Maple Avenue and N. Water Street. Pfc Nunez issued two Must Appear Traffic Citations to Jasmia Iyonna Thomas, age 25, of Chestertown. Thomas was charged with: driving a motor vehicle on highway without required license and authorization; and knowingly driving an uninsured vehicle. Court date was pending at the time of this report.

Jun. 20 Cpl C. Schwink served a District Court Bench Warrant on Ronnie Haywood Reed, Jr., age 28, of Chestertown. Reed was charged with failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing. Reed was released on his own recognizance. Court date was pending at the time of this report.
