It appears a familiar face is set to return to the Windy City in 2024. Per FOX Sports' Jay Glazer , tight end Marcedes Lewis is reportedly on the verge of re-signing with the Chicago Bears, paving the way for his 19th season in the league.

Despite clocking in at 39 years old last season, Lewis showcased his run-blocking prowess as he ranked fifth with a 77.1 grade from Pro Football Focus. His expected return to the Bears will add depth to a tight end room already featuring Cole Kmet and Gerald Everett, both of whom boasted top-30 PFF grades in 2023.
