Missing man last seen on city’s West Side

CHICAGO — Authorities are asking the public for help in the ongoing search for a man who police say has been missing for several days and may be in need of medical attention.
Chicago police say a search is underway for 39-year-old Brandon Thompson who has been missing since Friday, June 28.
According to police, the missing man was last seen in the 1800 block of South Central Park Avenue, in the city’s North Lawndale neighborhood, wearing a white tank top.
Thompson, who has black hair and brown eyes, stands 5-foot-4 and weighs around 200 pounds.
A photo provided by Chicago police shows Thompson with a beard, but it is unclear if he had one at the time of his disappearance.

According to police, Thompson may be in need of medical attention, but officers did not provide details on why.
Police notified the public about the missing man’s disappearance in a news release sent out Tuesday morning.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 39-year-old Brandon Thompson is asked to contact the CPD Area 4 Detective Division at 312-746-8251 or dial 911.
