    Overnight drive-by shooting in West Town leaves 3 wounded: Police

    CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Three people were shot overnight in the West Town neighborhood.

    It happened at about 1:30 a.m. at Division and Hoyne. According to Chicago Police, the three were standing on a sidewalk. Shots were fired from a passing car.

    According to police, A 23-year-old man was hit in the right shoulder. He was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition. A 45-year-old man was shot in the left elbow. He, too, was in good condition at Stroger.

    They were both taken by fire department ambulances.

    The third person, a 31-year-old man, was shot in both feet. Despite that, police said, he walked to Ascension St. Mary Hospital about a block from the scene. He was also in good condition.

    Police say the incident is under investigation.

    They have no one in custody.
