Angel Reese is a tough competitor. That has never been in doubt. Her hustle and passion has already endeared her to the Chicago Sky fanbase. That passion has also shown in her competitiveness, as evidenced by her response in an interview.

Michelle Steele had Reese for an interview. During the interview, the interviewer expressed her delight for the Sky star reaching the mid-way point of her rookie season.

Angel Reese quickly corrected Steele: it wasn't quite in the middle yet. Reese is already looking forward to the playoffs. It's a brief interaction, but it goes to show Reese's competitive nature.

The Sky are in prime position to make the playoffs in Reese's rookie season. They currently hold the eighth seed in the league, just below Caitlin Clark's Indiana Fever. The Sky have a three-game lead over the 9th-seeded Atlanta Dream.

The WNBA playoffs are determined by the eight teams with the best records, regardless of conference. Can the Sky continue their success and return to the playoffs?
