    10 displaced after fire on city’s Far South Side

    CHICAGO — A fire on the city’s Far South Side left one person injured and 10 others displaced early Sunday morning.

    According to Chicago police, the blaze erupted just after 4:30 a.m. in the 5100 block of South Loomis Street, in Auburn Gresham.

    Officers say one person, a 50-year-old woman, suffered a minor injury during the fire but was treated on the scene and released.

    10 other people were displaced due to the blaze.

    Currently, it is unclear what led to the fire and authorities say an investigation by the Chicago Fire Department is underway.
