    Missing 13-year-old girl last seen in Grand Boulevard

    CHICAGO — A search is underway on Monday afternoon for a teen girl who police say has been missing since Friday.

    Chicago police say 13-year-old Goddess Henderson was last seen in the 4600 block of South Wabash Avenue in the city’s Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side on Friday, July 26.

    The teen girl, who stands 5-foot-3 and weighs around 98 pounds, has black hair and brown eyes.

    According to police, the teen was last seen wearing a grey t-shirt and black pants.

    A photograph provided by CPD also shows the teen wearing earrings, but it is unclear if she had any when she went missing.

    Authorities notified the public about the teen’s disappearance in a news release sent out on Monday afternoon.
