Chicago selected Williams as the No. 1 overall pick in this year’s NFL Draft.

He is expected to be the Bears starter when they begin their challenge against the Tennessee Titans on September 8.

Williams has reportedly been in touch with Brady ‘s former personal trainer, Alex Guerrero, as he gets NFL-ready.

“I know Caleb has talked to Alex quite a few times on the phone,” former NFL wideout TJ Houshmandzadeh told FS1’s Speak.

“They’ve talked a lot some hours on the phone on things you should do, things you should look for.”

Guerrero has been credited with creating the TB12 mantra, which involves 12 different principles.

These range from balance and moderation to promoting anti-inflammatory responses in the body.

One crucial stage is following a strict diet, completely free of white sugar, white flour, and dairy.

Brady, 46, has previously credited his strict eating habits with allowing him to play well into his fifth decade.

“[I’m eating] no white rice, no white flour, no red sauce,” Williams revealed to ESPN.

“We got a bunch of other things, no sugar. It’s a couple of things in there.”

Brady’s diet might have been extreme, but the GOAT did occasionally allow himself a small indulgence,

“If I’m craving bacon, I have a piece,” Brady revealed during his playing days, per Essentially Sports.

“Same with pizza. You should never restrict what you really want. We’re humans, here for one life.”

    The Tom Brady domino effect

Tom Brady will take his seat in Fox's top NFL announce team alongside Kevin Burkhardt.

And his arrival at the network has set off a domino effect with every other announcer moving down one spot.

That means Fox’s NFL coverage in 2024 will feature entirely new broadcast pairings.

Greg Olsen , who previously worked alongside Burkhardt, will now be part of the No. 2 announce team with Joe Davis.

The other Fox pairings for 2024 are:

    • Adam Amin-Mark Sanchez
    • Kenny Albert-Jon Vilma
    • Kevin Kugler-Daryl Johnston
    • Chris Myers-Mark Schlereth

The Bears offense has been revamped over the offseason, with Williams surrounded by receiving talent.

He will be throwing to D.J. Moore, Keenan Allen, and fellow rookie Rome Odunze next season.

And the Brady-inspired diet is being supported by a similarly grueling workout regime.

“A big part of it is the diet and working out – and how you work out,” Williams continued.

“And then getting on the field, the mental part and the physical part take over.

“But the things that I can control, [I’m trying to] control those things, which is mainly my diet.”
