Chicago Sky rookie Angel Reese is not competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics, but she is already one of the WNBA's top players. Entering the Olympic break averaging 13.5 points per game and 11.9 rebounds per game, Reese is one of just four WNBA players averaging a double-double on the season.

While Reese is not playing for Team USA this summer, she has still been active online throughout the Olympics, showing support for several different athletes. This includes a post from Reese on Wednesday, as the Sky forward complimented the appearance of the women athletes at the Olympics.

In a seven-word message on X, Reese wrote, "the face cards on these olympic WOMEN!"

This post from Reese has been going viral, as it has already accumulated 60,000 views and 3,200 likes in an hour. One of the most popular players in the WNBA, Reese has 573.8K followers on X and 4M followers on Instagram.

At the Olympic break, Reese and the Sky own a 10-14 record. This has Chicago in the eighth seed, which is the final WNBA postseason spot. Unlike the NBA, the top eight WNBA teams make the postseason regardless of conference.

Chicago entered the break with an impressive 93-85 win over the Las Vegas Aces. Reese had 13 points and 10 rebounds in her battle with Aces star A'ja Wilson.

Now enjoying her Olympic break, Reese is taking some time away from basketball. That said, the Sky rookie has also made sure to support the athletes competing in Paris.
