52 Apartments Planned For Rogers Park Lot, But Some Say That’s Too Much
ROGERS PARK — A six-story apartment building could be coming to a vacant Rogers Park lot, but some neighbors say the plan is too dense and doesn’t have enough parking. Developer 5035 Land Owner, LLC is asking Ald. Maria Hadden (49th) for a zoning change to move forward with building 52 apartments at 7728 N. Sheridan Road. There wouldn’t be any retail space included in the project.
