ABCs of Ross County: Kingston

CHILLICOTHE— From Adena Mansion to Zane's Trace Ross County is filled with a rich history. When looking at the ABCs of Ross County the K stands for Kingston.

Kingston is a village located in Ross County with a population of around 1,260 according to the 2020 census. Of that population, there are around 830 housing units which have a median household income of $36,596.

The village was platted in 1816 and after many years and community support the area received its first village park with a shelter house, ball diamond and more in the 1960s.
