Affidavit: Man arrested after kidnapping woman from Tyler, assaulting her in Waco motel
WACO, Texas (KWTX) - A man is accused of kidnapping a woman from Tyler, Tx and assaulting her in Waco motel, an affidavit alleges. Miguel Angel Hernandez, 30, is charged with assault of a family member/house member by impeding breathing/ circulation and unlawful restraint: expose to serious bodily injury, both third-degree felonies.
