Grand Rapids’ Carter Casey has been selected for the Hlinka Gretzky camp in St. Paul, Minnesota. Casey was lights out this past season for the Thunderhawks, posting a 2.42 goals allowed average and a .913 save percentage in 18 games between the pipes. Maybe most memorably for Casey though, the Section 7AA championship, where Casey allowed just two goals in just under 62 minutes of game time in route to the section 7AA championship.

A landmark restaurant in Minnesota is in danger of closing its doors after a flood devastated the 100-year-old building. The building has been around since 1908 and is located just a few blocks away from the Little Fork River in Cook, Minnesota. The location has been home to a cafe for 54 years.
Duluth issues traffic advisory for Fourth Fest Celebration
The City of Duluth is issuing a traffic advisory for downtown Duluth do to Fourth fest, with the parking and roads closest to Bayfront Festival Park expected to be congested. Limited parking will be available at the DECC parking ramp, the Great Lakes Aquarium Lot, and in the parking lots on Railroad Street west of 5th Avenue West. Parking is also available in Downtown parking ramps.

WALWORTH COUNTY, Wis. - A Milwaukee man was arrested after a high-speed pursuit from Walworth County into Rock County that ended with a crash on Sunday, June 30.
